Brand New Car

Let’s go home.
You know, I think with every drink she’s more like me.
There’s wrong and right, but we don’t need to say it.

I was nothing but a passenger back then.
She liked it in her brand new car.
All loaded up, I swear we never got far

We kissed the night goodbye, but she and I
should be restrained.
We rode like kids, we hung out of the windows.

I was nothing but a passenger back then.
She liked it in her brand new car.
All loaded up, I swear we never got far

And now we go, and the truth came out, she knows
I couldn’t drive …

Love this song. Now, why the heck is no artist, band, or song writer information included anywhere on the page???

Seems like a promotional opportunity that’s lost…

Ok, I get it. I came from SongFight, and thought this was a compilation of various SF artists, but it’s actually just one, Deshead. Gotcha. Keep up the good work, great stuff.
